Ascent

Ascent is focused on youth who are at risk of being placed out-of-home or in an alternative school. Their mission is to bring hope where it has been lost. Ascent services are available to ages 5-20 who are dealing with complex social, behavioral, or mental health issues.

Services and Community Engagement:
In-home intervention/prevention: incorporates family members and coordinates with organizations in the community that can have a positive impact on the youth and ultimately meet the family’s desires (Wraparound services are free of charge as are services of local providers as long as they are part of the plan of action).

Ascent is revenue and grant funded.
