The Health Hut

The Health Hut serves the medical needs of the underserved population in and around Lincoln Parish through free healthcare and education. The Health Hut is also a Louisiana Medicaid provider. (Please bring photo ID, current medications, and Medicaid card (if applicable))

The Health Hut is funded through grants, donations, and revenue.

Services and Community Engagement:
Treatment of mild acute illness and injuries
Management of chronic disease
Follow-up care
Specialty referrals when needed
Nutritional education
Counseling services
TB skin tests and CDLs

Volunteer Opportunities:
Opportunities available for individuals and groups to help with blood pressure and glucose screenings.
